 Three
times a year, at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, Skydive City
Inc., hosts it's huge skydiving boogies and hundreds of skydivers
turn up from around the globe to take part in skydiving displays and
competitions. The drop zone has flown up to 6 planes in formation
enabling the skydivers to build formations of 120 people. The world
record was set in Zephyrhills only 2 years ago. 
The second week in April
is always a busy one here in Zephyrhills. We are host to hundreds of
people who are on their way to Lakeland for the Sun N Fun
fly-in. Because Zephyrhills is only a 30 minute drive from
Lakeland Linder Airport, it is natural that we are the next best
thing. The Airport Staff always has a wonderful time seeing people
that only fly in once a year and meeting new people and seeing interesting
aircraft.
